PACUCOA underwent its recertification audit in May 2015 and consequently passed the audit in flying colors. This certification will benefit not the agency alone, but also the institutions that are accredited by PACUCOA. It should be noted that if PACUCOA is certified by an international certifying body, it means that the quality of the organization complies with international standards. Thus, institutions accredited by PACUCOA, as well can have an assurance of high quality services from the agency.

PACUCOA is the first and only accrediting agency in the Philippines and in Southeast Asia which was certified by SGS-UKAS under the terms of ISO 9001:2008. It obtained this certification for the past five years so that PACUCOA can ensure and manage its systems and processes for continual improvement of its services to its accredited institutions/programs.

Your decision to stick it out with PACUCOA inspired us to work harder to achieve and further improve our level of excellence for the benefit of our accredited institutions/ programs.

  • PACUCOA has developed new outcomes-based self-survey instruments for Fine Arts, Industrial Design, Interior Design, BS Social Work, MS Social Work, Animation, BS Library and Information Science, MS Library and Information Science, Elementary, Junior and Senior High School, which will be useful and helpful for institutions to further strengthen the continuous quality improvement of their programs.

  • PACUCOA has also reviewed and enhanced the survey instrument for Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Food Technology and Nutrition and Dietetics.
